Temporary HVAC unit was utilized during this build to stabilize the interior humidity and temperature of the home during the trim & cabinet phase.

Inset windows were flashed using a combination of Tyvek Liquid Flashing and Dupont FlexWrap NF tape.  This inset window detail requires multiple products and techniques to achieve a watertight install.  All of the flashing products used were the same brand to insure compatibility and warranty coverage..

Tub install protected with plywood cover at top and at skirt to prevent damage during construction.  This is standard for all builds to insure a pristine finished product.

Quickflash products were used to seal around all plumbing penetrations on the exterior wall.

Integral color concrete driveway during finishing stages.  Integral color concrete maintains the same color throughout the thickness of the driveway so any chips or gouges in the surface will not expose a different color.

Blocking at all horizontal exterior wall sheathing seams to prevent cracking at the exterior stucco finish.  Also note that the header is hollow on the inside to accommodate an additional layer of insulation.
