This picture demonstrates 3 different mockup walls testing mortar colors.  Also this picture shows the Zip liquid flashing that was used at all panel seams and nail heads in lieu of Zip tape to provide a better weatherproofing system.  This picture also demonstrates the Henry Blueskin 40mil TWF (yellow) used at the brick ledge in lieu of the standard thin 18″ black poly plastic to provide a more robust waterproofing membrane at the base of the wall.

Henry Blueskin 40mil TWF (yellow) was used to seal steel brick lintels to wall and protect the bottom of the brick lintel from rusting under the brick.  In addition, the top edge of the Henry Bluskin was sealed to the wall sheathing with a bead of sealant as an additional waterproofing measure.

Block is used to build out all summer kitchens to prevent rot and provide longevity.  The finish material will be applied on top of the block.

Kitchen cabinets under construction with the custom white powder coated countertop supports being laid out for installation.  These will not be visible after installation, but they will prevent cracking of the top due to excessive weight placed along the edge.
