Site work complete ahead of going vertical to allow staging of equipment and materials out of the mud during the rainy season. We also made the decision to proceed with block walls prior to steel erection due to material delays due to Covid.
Installation of 30ft rooftop MAU for pistol range ventilation.
Interior metal framing for the VIP fireplace and mantel. This design required us to route the fireplace air intake and venting through the concrete floor to achieve a floating island appearance. The tube steel beam across the head was added to laterally brace the metal stud framing and it would later be hidden behind reclaimed wood beams.
Exterior thin stone veneer and metal panels being applied to the north side of the building. Under the thin stone veneer we used the MTI rainscreen system to mitigate any moisture issues. The metal building skin was applied to custom bent hat channel which was attached to the metal stud wall behind the weather barrier system. The weather barrier system consisted of 5/8″ Densglass covered with a liquid weather with all window and door openings taped.
